Most parcels shipped to you via canadaplus.com contain a shipping label that includes an easy-to-use "returns" portion.

If you decide to return the parcel, tear off the section marked RETURNS, fill it out, and attach it to the outside of the parcel. The shipment is thereby directed to a Canadian address, so you don't have to worry about Customs issues. In some instances, the return shipping costs are prepaid; if you are unsure about postage requirements, ask at your local Post Office.

Once we receive the parcel, we will inspect it, notify the retailer, and arrange for an instant reimbursement of the full purchase cost, including any duties and taxes paid, to your credit card. There's no waiting, and there's no need to fill out additional government tax rebate forms, etc.
